Erol's love of cooking was nurtured by his mother and grandmother in the vibrant kitchens of Jamaica, and it's our customers who remain at the heart of our culinary journey.
Erol's desire for cooking and suppling Jamaican food to the public led him to start Truck Stop.
Ever since Erol founded Truck Stop Jerk Kitchen in 2020, this little Jamaican Food Truck has become a staple in Staines, Bracknell and Maidenhead High Street Markets. attracting a loyal customer base of locals that keep coming back.
Serving hungry eaters near and far, Erol has kept the tradition of his family recipes alive passed down from his grandmother to his mother and now to him so he can bring you the true authentic taste of the Caribbean.
